SHIPPING
We ship domestically using USPS economy (includes tracking) at no charge to our customers. If an item needs to be rush-shipped, the customer will incur those charges.
Coco May currently offers domestic shipping only.

We are not responsible for items once we deliver them to the post office. We have no influence over the U.S. Postal Service.
In recent weeks, the postal service has exhibited slower shipping times than we would like, so patience is deeply appreciated.
Our jewelry is made to order. We create each piece promptly and ship as soon as the item is ready. We are not open on weekends and holidays. All of our jewelry is designed and handmade by Coco. Each piece is one of a kind or is created as a limited edition. Each item can take 1 to 12 days to create, depending on various factors, including complexity. If an item is sold out and you'd like Coco to create another piece in the spirit of the original, please contact her at cocomayjewels@gmail.com.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery and you must contact us at cocomayjewels@gmail.com prior to returning the item. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, refunds will not be issued.
CARE
Remember the golden rule of jewelry: last on, first off. Please wipe down your jewelry frequently (after every use, if possible) with a dry, clean cloth. Do not wear while showering or swimming. And always keep your jewelry in a safe location, each in their own space (our pouches and boxes are great for this) so that they don't get jostled about.
